PVC-U couplers
PVC-U couplers join tubes and other elements. They are available in various lengths, dimensions and wall thicknesses and can be matched to the customer's requirements. They are durable and resistant to weathering and chemicals. Transparent PVC-U is not as clear as acrylic glass, but thanks to modern production technology a very high share of the light still passes through. The couplers replace connecting elements made of other plastics and can be used in the chemical and automotive industries.

To bond tubes with a coupler, use an adhesive made for plastics. Clean the surfaces first with a plastic cleaner or foam. The open time of such adhesives is short, so a UV-curing adhesive is worth considering: it lets you position the parts freely until it is cured with a UV lamp, and the joint stays transparent.
